  • All flower product is subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute any product with alternative product of similar style and value and quality.
  • If credit card information is wrong or insufficient funds, the order won't be delivered until the customer has been in contact with us at Flowers Everywhere and the payment is processed successfully.
  • All prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and are inclusive of GST (15%).
  • In the event that damage occurs from delivery, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
  • In the case we have been supplied with the wrong delivery information, we will not be held accountable and no refund will be made. We can arrange redelivery with the cost of the delivery fee.
  • If you wish to change your order, please contact us directly by phone on +64 4 566 3482. If the order has already been assembled or sent out on the courier, it will be too late to change.
